In 2010, The Richmond Distirct office of the U.S. Small Business Aministration approved 737 loans worth 174 million for the small buisiness owners in the district. This huge Richmond district center covers all of the 631,175 small businesses in the state with the acception of three counties and three cities in Northern Virgina.
